Debut album from Arv & Miljö, one of the few remaining acts now when the dust has settled from the closing of Utmarken. Orientering i Denna Värld reconnects with Matthias Andersson’s previous cassettes on Posh Isolation and Järtecknet with a minimalistic approach, no-hope-bleakness and short tracks, although this time around he presents a album with a more refined and focused composition and more attention to details. Orientering i Denna Värld is stripped down to its bare minimum, barren textured noise, raw field recordings and loops that molds in to a highly personalised expression of cassette primitivism/barbarism in its most true form.
